The “Aliwag”, the Official Annual Research Journal Publication of Surigao del Norte Division

Aliwag is a Surigaonon term for “light” or “illumination” referring to the role of research as the source of enlightenment for all humanity to find the unknown, answer questions, fill the gaps, and broaden perspectives. As a research journal, Aliwag showcases timely and relevant findings of both action and basic researches mainly conducted by the teaching, teaching-related, and non-teaching personnel of the Schools Division to share appropriate solutions and classroom interventions and a new body of knowledge for policy-making

Represent the 14 districts of Surigao del Norte division namely Alegria, Anao-aon, Bacuag, Claver, Gigaguit, Malimono, Mainit I, Mainit II, Placer I, Placer II, Sison, Taganaan, Tubod, and Surigao Norte National High School that continuously illuminate the path of SDN educators toward discovery and creation of new knowledge.
